Delegate Hamrick moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 3a, line 5, immediately following the word “chapter” by inserting in lieu thereof the following: ":Provided, that assessment and collection of the tax contained in this section shall not take effect until all delinquent state and Federal taxes owed as of July 1, 2017 by Southern Coal Corporation, Kentucky Fuel, Virginia Fuel, and Justice Energy have been paid in full."
